Strictly Reptiles Return Policy
- When purchasing live stock purchaser agrees to accept shipment and be available for first attempt delivery.
- In the case that purchaser does not accept shipment, made error on delivery address, or any situation that causes delay or returned shipment, there is no refund.
- Returned shipments can incur unpacking fee of 20%, cost of both freight charges, and any damage to live stock.
- Any credit will be applied to next order. Credits are void after 90 days.
