Please note that we do not ship on Friday for Saturday arrival. Cut-off time for same-day shipping is 2PM EST for Monday and 3PM EST for Tuesday to Thursday. We cannot reserve stock; we suggest placing an order for limited quantity items ASAP, additional orders can be combined (a partial store credit may be issued for additional freight charges). If you have to make a change to your order prior to shipping, please call us (954-967-8310) during our regular business hours. We always suggest shipping to a Fedex Ship Center if possible to speed up delivery times for the animals and reduce any potential for rough handling on trucks.
